Shaping Leaders Through Future-Focused Education

The new eVersity platform is convenient both for students and trainers. With the help of Artificial Intelligence, learning has been easy and fun. As an educator, we must adapt to the trend in order to maintain a good relationship with our students, continually learn, and also encourage our students to learn more. I commend eVersity for the innovation that they are doing to make learning easier and interactive.

The ability to learn is one of the most important developments of humanity. And teaching PACE students gives me the “joy of e-learning,” the opportunity to learn and develop my career teaching. There are various things that I may discuss with my students that have many related insights each semester. Additionally, I am pleased when students put their effort into completing their assessments and projects, especially the Viva portion. Yes, PACE is quite challenging, but it also allows you to harness your knowledge and skills, which is a great opportunity for students when they graduate and begin working for an organization.

As a student in PACE, my experience is I always get excited when the semester started because PACE subject is one of the subjects that I liked. What I loved the most is when I started answering the assessment. At first, it seems hard to understand but when it was being discussed by our teacher, it will be easier to understand and answer the assessment. It also fun doing the projects in PACE because it’s needed creative thinking. There are many lessons that I learned and can apply to other subjects, not just in subjects but also in real-life situations.

As a marketing student, I can confidently say that having a PACE course is an edge for preparing us to face future challenges. It is beneficial in further understanding the intricacies of the business industry. The course not only highly motivates attention on the modules but also engages us with practical exercises, case studies, and various projects, ensuring a wide-ranging learning experience. Additionally, the interactive nature of the course encourages critical thinking and problem-solving skills, equipping us with valuable tools for success in the dynamic field of marketing.
